As an Educational Assistant, Carla has a gift for spotting the students who need just a little extra love, a gentle nudge, or a quiet champion in their corner—and then walking beside them until they cross the finish line.
Carla is a kind, genuine soul who builds strong, trusting connections with students of all ages. Whether supporting academic growth, helping kids navigate emotional challenges, or just being that steady presence when it’s needed most, she shows up with heart, patience, and unwavering support. She’s lovingly known as our “momma bear”—always ready to step in, help out, and make things better. From school-wide events to classroom activities, Carla can always be counted on to lend a hand, lift a spirit, and remind us all of the power of believing in kids.
