Mrs. Watson is a bright light at Mary Bergeron Elementary—a passionate, positive presence who brings out the best in students, especially our youngest learners. Often found working with our littles, Ashley has a special gift for building strong relationships and helping kids understand just how important, capable, and loved they truly are.
Ashley is a natural cheerleader for students, always celebrating their growth and victories—big and small. But she also understands the power of a loving push: encouraging students to take risks, embrace mistakes, and learn to bounce back stronger. Her huge heart and unwavering dedication mean she’s always going the extra mile—whether in the classroom, on the playground, or at school-wide events. Ashley makes things better, brighter, and more meaningful wherever she goes, and her impact on students’ lives is as lasting as it is powerful.
