Denise Martin

Ms. Martin is a steady, compassionate presence at Mary Bergeron Elementary, working with individual students and small groups to support both academic and personal growth. But her impact extends far beyond the walls of any one classroom—Denise is the social conscience of MBE. She champions causes close to her heart, from leading the school’s recycling program to modeling the importance of giving back to the community and caring for the earth.

With her kind heart and unwavering sense of responsibility, Denise reminds all of us—students and staff alike—to live with empathy, intention, and purpose. She’s a regular helper at school events and community initiatives, always offering her time and talents where they’re needed most. Known for setting high expectations and walking alongside students as they rise to meet them, Denise shows kids how far they can go when they have someone who truly believes in them—and helps them believe in themselves.
