Cherise Fron

Mrs. Fron is the heart behind literacy intervention at Mary Bergeron Elementary. In the Learning Cave, her calm and patient presence creates a safe space for students to build skills, confidence, and a love of reading. With an innate ability to connect, Cherise meets students exactly where they are—and helps them see just how far they can go.

Outside the Learning Cave, Cherise continues to make magic happen. She leads student wellness groups like SWAT and the Trinity Kitchen volunteers, guiding young leaders to develop empathy, confidence, and a strong sense of self. Whether she’s encouraging a reluctant reader, organizing a kindness initiative, or quietly solving a problem before anyone even notices it, Cherise brings consistency, care, and quiet brilliance to everything she touches. At MBE, if something important is happening, chances are Cherise is already leading the way.
